A quiet and brilliant apartment, I liked it.

Had good sized room provided with beautiful view and a balcony plus 1 bedroom. There was a lovely pool and views on the hotel grounds. It was located in a very very nice area in a nice and quiet area.

Had a great time lounging by the large, sunny pool, and the modern apartments had amazing views. The staff were friendly and the facilities were convenient.

Just loved climbing up the extremely high hill everyday to get to the hotel, it was such a fun workout!

Very friendly staff, always had a smile on their faces. Hotel is located at the top of the hill which is thankfully very quiet. Taxis very reasonable up and down to the Port. Great location for a family, especially if you want to avoid noisy hotels and pubs closer to the town centre.

Apartment was clean and quiet for us. Staff was really friendly, helped us with everything. It was marvellous in a taxi you can get a bus which is very cheap.

The setting was not so great.

Located on top of a very high hill with a beautiful view, this hotel offers a great base for exploring Puerto Rico. The hotel provides easy access to nearby shopping areas and the beach, either by walking or taking a cheap bus or taxi. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large balconies for relaxing. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering amenities like a playground, kids pool, and even a swimming pool slide.

One downside of the hotel is the lack of an oven in the kitchen, which may be disappointing for guests who enjoy baking their own meals.

The owner and staff very helpful and friendly. Really quite at the top of a very steep hill. Beautiful swimming pools. Good for someone who wanted just to stay around pool all day.

The hotel was deserted as it was very low in visitors. Only four apartments was in use. But this was no fault of owners as everywhere was the same. Very high up and you would need a car to get to it and down to town.

Its location was peaceful and absolutely perfect, 5 minutes' drive to a public beach. Huge bar was available. Very amiable and fine staff, made the stay perfect.

The children absolutely loved the pool area, especially the fun-filled billiards table. The children's swimming area was a hit too, with its exciting water slides and splash zones. It kept them entertained for hours, allowing us parents to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic family vacation experience.

My children wanted more organized activities for kids.

The Cleanliness of the apartments and all outdoor areas. Big rooms and excellent cleaning service all week. Close to the Marina and Beach.

Having to pay for the television when you have Children staying with you.

We had a great stay in Puerto Rico next to Gran Canaria, and town centre. We truly enjoyed the venue and its good setting. Also, it was based in there resteraunt. There was an amazing pool and views of valley.

Very friendly staff - superb cleanliness with daily maid service, and a great pool bar with happy hour specials. The location is convenient - close to town center. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped - perfect for families. WiFi is available in multiple areas.

Would definitely recommend.

the staff were absolutely brilliant and made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the relaxed atmosphere of the pool and restaurant. the cleanliness of the place was superb, with maids coming in daily to clean and change towels. the pool bar was great, offering delicious snacks and a happy hour from 4-5 where you could buy one drink and get one free. I also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, which served very nice food. it was a fantastic experience. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 💯.
